Refurbishment Project
Our first major refurbishment project of 2022. We have been appointed principal contractor at Marriot Lodge for 400m of flat roof refurbishment. The specification varies from overlaying existing using Signature Cap Sheet and Self adhered underlay to Signature tapered insulation scheme, code 5 welted lead cladding, 250lm of lead flashings glazing units to be repaired / replacing as required and masonry treatment These works are programmed in for a March start we anticipate the whole project to be complete by May.
