Ford Roofing Ltd start work on another Barchester Healthcare Major Roof Refurbishment Project at Collingtree Park Care Home in Daventry, Northamptonshire

On this project we were tasked with over 240 meters of Roof Line Work, we noted upon survey that there was a dramatic change of pitch at the Roof Eaves and the existing Marley Modern Tile was laid to a 10.5 Degree gradient. This of course was the root cause of water ingress to 15 1st floor premium rooms.

By removing the timber extensions associated with the change of pitch and installing new C16 grade timber we have managed to maintain the correct trajectory from main roof to roof eaves, then by reducing the roof overhang and Soffit detail we have achieved the correct heights above the 1st floor window headers.
