A Full Roof Replacement
Ford Roofing ltd have been appointed by Barchester Healthcare as Principal Contractor for a complete Roof refurbishment at Lucerne House Care Home- Exeter.
We will be supplying Full Access Scaffold to enable Roof line replacement including Rainwater Goods, a full Roof replacement using Russell Grampian Tiles supplied courtesy of SIG Roofing over 2000m2 including low level Roofs.
We will also be supplying internal Decorations to areas affected by Rainwater ingress and Thermal upgrades to the vast Roof space
This job will have to be carefully managed logistically because of tight access restrictions and careful consideration placed on the functionality of an existing care home and managing the Clients expectations.
None the less a great job to add to the order book and a great job to execute in the Summer months ahead.
