Grade two listed Roof Refurbishment.

The team at Ford Roofing Ltd were tasked with the challenge of completely overhauling this Historical Grade Two Listed build in Alresford, with aim to restoring it to its original splendour.

Strip and Salvage

As with any historic build a large part of the challenge is the reclamation of the original roofing media installed.

Our on site Foreman Josh Hayward quality controls the Welsh Slates that are removed and through comprehensive grading ascertains the practicality of re-installation.

The short fall of Welsh slate will be made up of 'like for like' alternatives from one of our local reclamation yards.

All original Fascia, Soffit & Barge board have rotted with age, our skilled team of multi trades have been tasked with the installation of new timber stained Black to keep with the original aesthetic appeal.
