A great new project to kick the new year off at Barchester Health Cares Hilton Park Care Home In Cambridge

This large refurbishment project includes.

• Flat Roof strip re-deck and Warm Felt Roof Coverings to Four Areas of the home.
• New Pitched Roof Coverings to the Grade 2 listed Part of the home with Natural Slate and code 5/6 Leadwork
• The removal of a redundant Plant Room
• Brick and Stone restoration to Facades and Chimneys with additional support offered with the installation of Helifix Bars to Brick Joints all finished with Hydraulic Lime Mortar
• Installation of 2No new Hard wood Sash Windows and restoration of existing with resin repairs and decorations
• The install of a new lightning conductor
• New aluminium Powder Coated Rainwater Goods

We will be working closely with conservation officers and building control as well as Ecologists because of the presence of Bats in the listed Part of the home, giving us a tight window of 60 Days to get all Pitched Roofing work completed!!
